In-app support ticket

The fastest way to get help. Open a ticket directly from your booking in the DoorCrew app. Your booking details are automatically attached.

Upload proof

Attach photos, screenshots, or PDF documents to your support ticket. Clear evidence helps our team review your case faster.

Booking-linked issue reports

Every support request is linked to your booking record. This keeps all details together and ensures nothing gets lost.

Email support

Reach us directly at support@doorcrew.ca. Include your booking ID and a description of the issue for the fastest response.

Account and data deletion

To request deletion of your account or personal data, submit a request through the app or email us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Safety emergencies: If you are in an urgent or dangerous situation, contact local emergency services (911) immediately. DoorCrew support handles booking and account issues, not emergencies.
